  2. Write a check for $50 directly to Susan G. Komen For the Cure.
  3. Choose between our two LASIK care packages and save up $400.

Our Lifetime Vision Advantage package covers 12 months of LASIK follow-up care, as well as any necessary retreatments and corresponding follow-up care, for life. If you opt for this package, you will receive $200 off per eye.

Our basic one-year post-operative care package covers 12 months of post-operative care. If you opt for this package, you will receive $50 off the total cost of your procedure.
