Associated’s own Stephen S. Lane, M.D., was one of the first surgeons in the country to perform laser vision correction surgery due to his involvement in the original clinical studies of the first excimer laser. In addition, Dr. Lane was one of two surgeons to first perform a ReSTOR lens implant procedure in the United States.
